Terms of Service

Yes. Based on everything we decided, this is the first full draft I would use as the basis for the Miss Quince Terms of Service.

Miss Quince Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products and services offered through MissQuince.vip (“Miss Quince,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including website packages, custom domains, printed materials, guest-management features, RSVP tools, check-in tools, and related support services.

By purchasing a product, creating or using an account, or using Miss Quince services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Minors

You may create and use a Miss Quince account if you are legally able to do so.

If you are under 18, you may purchase or use Miss Quince only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are either 18 or older or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Miss Quince packages may also be purchased as gifts. A parent, grandparent, relative, friend, or other person may purchase a package for another person.

2. Website Packages

A Miss Quince website package includes 12 months of website service.

The 12-month service period does not begin on the purchase date. It begins when the customer first clicks “Set Up Your Website” from the Miss Quince customer account.

This action begins the website setup process and activates the website service period.

A purchased package may remain unused until the customer is ready to begin setting up the website. This allows packages to be purchased well in advance of an event or purchased as gifts.

Once the website service period begins, it runs continuously for 12 months.

Changing the event date, changing event information, temporarily choosing not to publish the website, or requesting a change to a Miss Quince-provided website URL does not restart or extend the 12-month period.

3. Website Package Cancellations and Refunds

Website packages may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

A cancellation request must be submitted to Miss Quince within 24 hours of the original purchase time to qualify for a refund.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, the website package is non-refundable.

Even after the cancellation period has ended, customers may still update their event information and may request reasonable account-related changes through Miss Quince support, including event-date changes and changes to a Miss Quince-provided website URL.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

If Miss Quince is unable to provide a service that the customer purchased due to circumstances within our control, Miss Quince may provide an appropriate refund, credit, replacement service, or other reasonable remedy.

4. Website Expiration and Renewal

The website service expires 12 months after the customer first clicks “Set Up Your Website.”

Approximately 7 days before expiration, Miss Quince may send the customer a courtesy reminder.

The reminder may provide an opportunity to renew the website for an additional service period at the renewal price then in effect.

Website renewal is optional.

The expiration reminder is provided as a courtesy. Miss Quince cannot guarantee delivery or receipt of email notices, including messages affected by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, mailbox limitations, or third-party email systems.

Customers are responsible for saving any information or content they wish to retain before their website expires.

5. Deletion of Website Content and Event Data

If a website expires and is not renewed, the website will be deactivated.

Customer website content associated with the expired website will be permanently removed from the active Miss Quince system, including uploaded photographs, guest lists, RSVP records, check-in information, QR-related event records, and other customer-created event data.

Miss Quince does not provide an archival or recovery service for expired websites. Once this content has been deleted, it cannot be recovered by Miss Quince.

Customers should save or export any content they wish to retain before expiration.

Administrative information that Miss Quince is legally or operationally required to retain, such as transaction records, order history, fraud-prevention records, tax records, or other legally required business records, may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Custom Domains Are Separate From Website Service

Custom-domain registration is a separate product and service from a Miss Quince website package.

The registration period for a custom domain begins when the domain is successfully registered. It does not begin when the website is activated.

For example, if a custom domain is registered several months before the customer clicks “Set Up Your Website,” the domain’s registration period will already be running during those months.

As a result, the domain expiration date and the Miss Quince website expiration date may be different.

Purchasing, renewing, or maintaining a custom domain does not extend or renew a Miss Quince website package.

Likewise, renewing a Miss Quince website package does not automatically renew a custom domain.

7. Domain Availability and Refunds

Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration has successfully completed.

Once a custom domain has been successfully registered, the domain registration fee is non-refundable.

If a customer later decides they want a different domain, registration of the replacement domain may require an additional purchase and registration fee.

A change to a Miss Quince-provided website URL is not the same as changing a registered custom domain.

8. Domain Renewal

Customers may choose to keep a custom domain even if they no longer wish to maintain a Miss Quince website.

Customers may renew an eligible domain through Miss Quince by paying the applicable renewal fee.

A domain maintained through Miss Quince may, where technically supported, be pointed to another website or hosting provider without requiring renewal of the Miss Quince website package.

Domain registrations and renewals remain subject to the requirements and policies of the applicable registrar, registry, and ICANN.

9. Domain Transfers

Customers may request transfer of an eligible custom domain to another registrar.

Domain transfer requests must be submitted to Miss Quince at least 45 days before the domain’s expiration date.

Approximately 52 days before domain expiration, Miss Quince may send a courtesy reminder explaining the customer’s options to transfer the domain, renew it through Miss Quince, or allow it to expire.

The reminder is a courtesy and failure to receive it does not extend the 45-day transfer-request deadline.

Miss Quince will provide the information or instructions reasonably necessary for an eligible transfer. The customer is responsible for completing the transfer process with the receiving registrar.

Domain transfers are subject to applicable registrar, registry, GoDaddy, and ICANN requirements. Certain domains may be temporarily ineligible for transfer because of registration locks, recent transfers, changes to registrant information, disputes, or other applicable restrictions.

Miss Quince cannot override those third-party transfer restrictions.

10. Printed Materials and Standard Lead Time

Standard printed-material orders must be placed at least 15 days before the customer’s event date.

The normal online ordering system may block printing orders when the event is fewer than 15 days away.

Customers who need printing within that period may submit a support ticket requesting an express order.

Miss Quince will review production and shipping availability and, where possible, provide a separate quote for express production and expedited shipping.

Express service may involve additional charges and is subject to availability. Miss Quince is not required to accept a rush order.

Even when express service is available, carrier delivery times and circumstances outside Miss Quince’s reasonable control cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

11. Print File Review

Miss Quince provides a basic print-readiness review of customer-uploaded files before they are approved for production.

This review may identify obvious production concerns such as low image resolution, poor image quality, incorrect dimensions, positioning issues, bleed or safe-area problems, or other visible concerns that could affect print quality.

This review is an added preparation service and is not a guarantee that every possible error will be detected.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing the actual content of their files, including names, spelling, dates, addresses, phone numbers, event details, QR information, quantities, and other customer-supplied information.

12. Files With Quality Problems

If Miss Quince identifies a quality or print-readiness concern, the customer will be notified before production.

The customer may provide a corrected file, request help through a Miss Quince support ticket, or choose to proceed with the existing file despite the disclosed concern.

If the customer requests help, Miss Quince will review the issue and determine whether the problem can reasonably be corrected.

If the problem can be corrected, Miss Quince may make or recommend appropriate adjustments and provide a revised proof for customer approval.

If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, Miss Quince may recommend alternatives such as providing a higher-quality replacement file, using a Miss Quince template, purchasing available design assistance, or proceeding with the original file despite the disclosed quality concern.

Any additional custom-design service may be subject to a separate fee.

13. Proceeding With a Known Print Issue

A customer may choose to proceed with a print file after Miss Quince has identified and disclosed a quality concern.

The customer will be required to acknowledge the specific concern before approving the file.

By approving a file despite a disclosed quality warning, the customer accepts responsibility for print-quality problems resulting from that identified issue.

Miss Quince will not be responsible for poor print results caused by a problem that was clearly disclosed to and accepted by the customer.

14. Final Print Approval

All applicable print orders will have a final review and approval process before production.

The customer will be given an opportunity to review the final proof and either request edits or approve the file for printing.

Customers may request edits through the review process before final approval.

If support-assisted edits are made, a revised version will be provided for customer review and approval.

Once the customer submits final approval for printing, the approved version becomes final.

After final approval:

the order cannot be canceled, the order cannot be refunded, and no further content or design changes can be made.

Miss Quince may send the approved file to production immediately after approval.

The customer’s approval is authorization to manufacture the exact approved version.

15. Miss Quince Templates

Customers using a Miss Quince print template are still responsible for reviewing the personalized information added to the template.

If a Miss Quince template does not require technical correction, it may proceed directly to the customer review and approval process.

Using a Miss Quince template does not remove the customer’s responsibility to verify names, spelling, event information, dates, addresses, and all other personalized content before final approval.

16. Printing Errors, Damage, and Reprints

If printed materials arrive damaged or contain a verified manufacturing or production defect, the customer should contact Miss Quince promptly.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence of the problem.

Claims involving possible printing or manufacturing defects should be reported within 5 business days of delivery so Miss Quince has sufficient time to work with its printing provider.

If the printing provider verifies that the issue resulted from a production or manufacturing error, the available remedy will generally be a reprint or replacement, subject to the printing provider’s applicable policies.

Customer-created or customer-approved mistakes do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Normal commercial-printing variations, including minor differences in color, cutting, positioning, or screen-to-print appearance, may not constitute a defect.

17. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Miss Quince will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate production and shipping estimates, but shipping and delivery dates are not absolute guarantees.

Miss Quince is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, transportation interruptions, incorrect customer addresses, customs, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. Customer Content

Customers are responsible for the content they upload, enter, publish, or submit through Miss Quince.

Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to use and publish photographs, graphics, text, music, videos, or other material they provide.

Customers may not use Miss Quince to publish unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

Customers retain ownership of their own uploaded content.

By uploading content, customers give Miss Quince the limited permission necessary to store, process, resize, optimize, transmit, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to provide the purchased services.

19. Customer Photographs and Privacy

Miss Quince does not sell customer photographs, distribute them for unrelated purposes, license them for unrelated commercial use, or use them for Miss Quince marketing without separate permission from the customer.

Miss Quince may process, resize, optimize, store, transmit, and display photographs as necessary to provide the customer’s website and related services.

Technical providers such as hosting, storage, content-delivery, or infrastructure providers may process data only as necessary to operate the service.

Additional information regarding personal information and data handling is provided in the Miss Quince Privacy Policy.

20. Publicly Published Images

A Miss Quince website is intended to be viewable by guests and other people to whom the customer shares the website address.

Photographs and other content published on a public Miss Quince website may therefore be publicly viewable on the internet.

Miss Quince may use reasonable technical measures to discourage ordinary downloading or copying of images, such as disabling image dragging, limiting common right-click actions, or displaying optimized web versions.

However, no normal public website can guarantee that a visitor cannot capture an image.

Visitors may potentially take screenshots, screen recordings, save files through browser tools, photograph a screen, or otherwise capture publicly displayed content.

Customers should only publish photographs and content they are comfortable making publicly accessible.

Miss Quince is not responsible for copies created by third parties outside Miss Quince’s systems.

21. Guest Lists, RSVPs, and Check-In Information

Customers are responsible for the guest information they upload or enter into Miss Quince.

Guest-list, RSVP, QR, and check-in information is used to provide the customer’s event-management services.

Customers should only provide information they are authorized to use for their event.

When the applicable website service expires without renewal, associated guest lists, RSVP records, check-in data, and related event information will be permanently removed from the active Miss Quince system and will no longer be recoverable through Miss Quince.

Further information about personal-data practices is provided in the Privacy Policy.

22. Customer Accounts and Security

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Customers should notify Miss Quince promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Miss Quince may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security risks, or unauthorized activity.

23. Payments

Payment is due at checkout unless Miss Quince specifically offers another payment arrangement.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Miss Quince does not need to directly store full customer payment-card numbers when payment information is processed securely by the applicable payment provider.

24. Billing Questions and Payment Disputes

Customers who believe there is a problem with a charge, order, print product, or Miss Quince service are encouraged to contact Miss Quince support first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms removes any payment-dispute or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Miss Quince may provide order records, approval records, delivery information, support communications, activation records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

25. Support

Miss Quince provides reasonable support for its products and services.

Support may include assistance with account issues, website functionality, event-date changes, Miss Quince URL changes, technical problems, print-preparation concerns, and other supported features.

Unless specifically included in the purchased product, support does not include unlimited custom design, custom programming, or unlimited content editing.

Where additional work is available for a fee, the customer will be informed before the work is performed.

26. Third-Party Services

Miss Quince relies on third-party services to provide portions of its products and services.

These may include payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars such as GoDaddy, printing providers, email providers, shipping carriers, content-delivery networks, and other infrastructure services.

Miss Quince cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of systems controlled by third parties.

Where a problem involves a third-party provider, Miss Quince will make reasonable efforts to assist with resolving issues related to services purchased through Miss Quince.

27. Website Availability

Miss Quince uses reliable hosting and reasonable measures to keep customer websites available.

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical issues, security matters, hosting or infrastructure outages, internet disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a customer website becomes unavailable, Miss Quince will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

Miss Quince does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability 100% of the time.

28. Miss Quince Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of the content they upload.

Miss Quince retains ownership of its platform, software, code, website templates, layouts, design systems, interfaces, graphics owned by Miss Quince, functionality, trademarks, branding, and other proprietary materials.

Purchasing a Miss Quince package gives the customer permission to use the applicable service during the purchased service period. It does not transfer ownership of Miss Quince’s underlying software, templates, platform, or code.

Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, reproduce for commercial use, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Miss Quince proprietary materials except where expressly authorized.

29. Changes to the Service

Miss Quince may update, improve, modify, replace, or redesign platform features over time.

We may make changes necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, performance, or improvements to the service.

We will make reasonable efforts not to materially remove a core service already purchased by an active customer without providing a reasonable alternative or remedy where appropriate.

30. Misuse and Suspension

Miss Quince may suspend or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, attempted security breaches, harmful content, infringement of third-party rights, abuse of the platform, or conduct that materially interferes with Miss Quince or other customers.

Termination for serious misuse does not necessarily entitle the customer to a refund.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Miss Quince is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from matters outside our reasonable control.

This may include losses caused by incorrect customer-supplied information, customer-approved print errors, carrier delays, temporary third-party outages, publicly captured images, customer failure to save content before expiration, or customer misuse of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Miss Quince’s total liability relating to a particular purchased product or service will not exceed the amount the customer paid Miss Quince for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

32. Privacy Policy

Use of Miss Quince is also subject to the Miss Quince Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Miss Quince handles information including account information, photographs, guest information, RSVP information, transaction-related information, cookies, analytics, service providers, and data retention and deletion.

33. Changes to These Terms

Miss Quince may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on MissQuince.vip with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law.

34. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

35. Contact
